N0325 Dtps. Winter Clouds ‘Mendenhall’ AM/AOS x
Phal. John Naugle ‘Crystelle’ AM/AOS

Accepted worldwide as the most elegant orchid, white phalaenopsis hardly get better than this! With Winter Clouds which flowered 13.3 cm times John Naugle at 13.5 cm you should get 5 ½” pristine white flowers.

N0336 Phal. (Lin Jessica x King’s Way) x
Phal. Sogo Pearl ‘Orchidview’

Here is a new line of breeding for us using a yellow with diverse raised spots and a sunset tone beauty. Should the spots not appear on the progeny, you should have beautiful artshade flowers.

N0347 Phal. Ching Her Buddha ‘YN’ x
Phal. Sweet Mystery ‘Orchidview’

Both parents are strong yellow flowers with lots of brilliant spots. Should have plenty of 7 cm – 8 cm flowers on branching inflorescences .

N0356 Phal. Green Sun ‘Orchidview’ x
Phal. H. P. Norton ‘Orchidview’

A few years ago we had a cross of Phal. Green Sun x Krull’s Red Hot which is outstanding. This year we used Phal. H. P. Norton (Brother Pirate King x Krulls’ Red Hot) with the Green Sun for larger size flowers and more intense color which the Brother Pirate King will furnish.

N0359 Dtps. Atticus x (Judy Champion x Happy Valentine) xDtps. Taida King Sun
We still find our tie-dyed line of breeding fascinating. Combining a new clone of our harlequin type with an artshade that should make for very interesting flowers.

N0362 Dtps. Atticus x (Judy Champion x Happy Valentine) x
Dtps. Happy King ‘Pine Ridge Orchids’ HCC/AOS

This combines two ‘Painted Harlequin’ types. Both have almost
perfectly shaped large flowers that are beautiful even if they do not carry their tie-dye characteristics. Expect 12 cm flowers.

N0368 Phal. Chingruey’s Sika Deer ‘HJ’ x
Dtps. Don Lee ‘Fireball’

Dtps. Don Lee (Jim ‘Burgundy Smile’ HCC/AOS x Phal. Golden Daybreak) is our surprise cross for last year. Larger than it should be, redder than it should be, and a real eye catcher. Since yellow always enhances red, you are getting a double dose of yellow here.

N0369 Phal. Regal Bells ‘Lemon’ x
Phal. Brother Fortune Green

Phal. Regal Bells (Golden Bells x King’s Ransom) is one of our clear yellows that has somehow erased most of the markings of its parents. Expect lovely deep yellow round flowers.

N0399 Phal. Chingruey’s Sika Deer ‘HJ’ x
Phal. (Golden Peoker ‘Ebony Queen
X Prospector’s Dream)

We do not try our hand with harlequins often but this is a one of those times. A very dark yellow flower with harlequin blotches and a beautiful yellow with a multitude of dots.

N0412 Dtps. Autumn Sun ‘Amy Lee’ HCC/AOS x
Dtps. Orchidview Gold Dust

Both parents a lovely yellow/gold and our thought behind the cross is to increase the size of Autumn Sun significantly with our Gold Dust.

N0414 Phal. I-Hsin Canary x
Phal. Shin Yi Diamond

This may turn out to be an outstanding harlequin cross. Look for raspberry blotches on yellow flowers. Phal. Shin Yi Diamond is a seedling that we found at Redlands Orchid Show. 7cm-8cm

N0416 Dtps. Orchidview Gold Dust x
Phal. Brother Golden Potential

When we started hybridizing twenty five years ago
we were trying to make yellows that were not small novelties.
Gold Dust is a product of our search and here we combined it
with one of Mr. Lin’s outstanding yellows.

N0417 Dtps. Harbor Sunrise ‘Horizon’ x
Phal. H. P. Norton ‘Orchidview’

Harbor Sunrise is a deep artshade that goes back to
our 20 year old Golden Bells times a German pink
and then on Neopolis to make this beauty. This combines
it with H. P. Norton which has lots of yellow in it to bring out
those deep colors.

N0420 Dtps. Orchidview Gold Dust x
Phal. H. P. Norton ‘Orchidview’

Gold Dust has fast become one of HP’s favorite yellows
because of its size and texture. Here looking for artshades.

N0421 Phal. Butterfly Creek ‘Carol’ AM/AOS x
Phal. Dawn Treader ‘Carol’

Something different from us. Both parents are white with
beautiful blush around the column.

N0423 Dtps. (Pimlico Bells x Precious Pearls) x
Phal. Shin Yi Diamond ‘Orchidview’

Our large standard yellow combined with our best yellow
harlequin which also has a very good shape.

N0425 Phal. Sogo John ‘YN’ x
Phal. Leucadia Lava Flow ‘Leucadia’ AM/AOS

Both parents have large yellow flowers with multitudinous red, red spots, which actually are an overlay on most of the flower. Leucadia Lava Flow is one of the wonderful plants from our friend, the late Ralph Smith, the originator of Phal. Cordova, which is the pod parent.

N0426 Phal. H. P. Norton ‘Asheville’ x
Phal. Regal Bells ‘Easter Bonnet’

Phal. H. P. Norton ‘Asheville’ is a bright red and we have added our yellow favorite, Regal Bells.

N0428 Phal. Regal Bells ‘Easter Bonnet’ x
Phal. H. P. Norton ‘Asheville’

Same song, second verse, only done in reverse.
